We're Diane and Nadia, owners and operators of The Gothic Farmstead. As beginner farmers, we have big dreams and a whole lot of heart for this beautiful space. We moved onto our 26 acre property in Pine City, Minnesota in May of 2022. Our mission is to provide healthy food for the community and create a sustainable living space, all while utilizing regenerative and low-till agricultural practices. We pride ourselves in turning this piece of land into a space for growing, learning, and connecting through food, events, and education.
We sell specialty veggies and herbs, we pasture-raise our ducks and chickens for eggs, and we grow fresh gourmet mushrooms. In addition to growing our own mushrooms, Diane is certified to forage and sell mushrooms like maitake, chicken of the woods, chanterelles, morel mushrooms, and more. We also have calendars, t-shirts, flower frames, tea, kombucha, sourdough bread, scones, and cookies available for sale. You can find eggs, kombucha, and mushrooms almost daily on our roadside farm stand. We're also at the Pine City Farmers Market every Friday and Saturday from June-October.
