In this hands-on class, you’ll create and bottle four custom kombucha flavors of your own—the possibilities are endless! You’ll also learn how to care for a kombucha starter (SCOBY) and use it to brew your next batch at home with confidence. You’ll leave with a four-pack of your handcrafted kombucha, a starter culture in a jar, and clear, step-by-step instructions to set you up for success. All materials are provided. Cost: $50 per person; price includes your first drink!
